We take great care in packaging all orders safely and securely to help ensure they arrive in beautiful condition.

Processing Times

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 2-5 business days. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

Currently we only ship within New Zealand. All orders are shipped with tracked courier shipping through NZ Post.

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, rural delivery, weather events, or busy periods.

Rural Delivery

Please note that rural addresses may experience longer delivery times.

Fragile Items

Many of our products are fragile and handmade. While we package orders carefully, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

• the item
• the packaging
• the shipping label

so we can assess the issue and help resolve it.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
