How long will my dried flowers last?
They can last for years if cared for properly! This means keeping out of direct sunlight to avoid fading and flowers going brittle.
Will my dried flowers fade?
Yes it is natural that they will fade over time but keeping out of direct sunlight will ensure that the colour lasts for as long as possible.
How do I care for my Dried Flower Jar?
• Keep out of direct sunlight
• Avoid moisture/humidity
• keep indoors
Are the flowers in the jars real?
Yes they are grown from seed in my garden and dried for approximately 1 month before used in arrangements.
Are the jars plastic or glass?
They are glass. (So be careful!)
Are the prints originals or reproductions
The prints are reproductions based off an original piece made with real pressed flowers.
How are items packaged?
Very carefully with a lot of protection.
Can I return my item?
Because each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, I don’t accept returns for change of mind.
However, if there is an issue with your order, please feel free to get in touch and I’ll always do my best to help.
What if my item arrives damaged?
I take great care in packaging each item to ensure it arrives safely.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and I’ll organise a replacement or refund for you.
