Due to the handmade and fragile nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at eternalblooms.creative@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can help resolve it.

Please note:

• Slight variations may occur between pieces due to the handmade nature of our products.
• Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device settings.
• Framed product photos may be styled for display purposes. Please refer to product descriptions for details on what is included.

Refunds or replacements are assessed on a case-by-case basis for damaged or incorrect items.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
